Phased transformation of dilapidated townhouse
The addition of a rear extension, as well as extensive internal alterations, have transformed this Victorian house into a modern but characterful family home.
At ground floor level a sequence of open-plan spaces are centred on the kitchen, with a dining room at the front and a light-filled living room opening directly to the garden at the rear.
A second phase of work included the refurbishment of the upper floors and the creation of two new bathrooms.
